5–7 business days from the day you order. Your shirt is custom-printed after checkout (we don't keep inventory), so we need 2–3 business days to print and 2–4 days for shipping. You'll get an order confirmation email right away, and a shipping notification with tracking once it's on its way.

Not yet — all orders ship standard (5–7 business days). If you're ordering for a specific event like a birthday, we recommend ordering at least 10 days in advance to be safe.

Yes. Free shipping on every order, no minimum. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the shirt is unworn and in original condition. Because every shirt is custom-made, we can't accept returns on worn items.

If you received a wrong size, a defective print, or a damaged shirt — we'll replace it for free. Just email us with a photo and your order number.

We'll fix it. Email support@grandtee.shop with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost — no questions asked.

It's surprisingly simple. You type a description — something like "a purple dinosaur wearing a cowboy hat" or "a bunny superhero flying through clouds" — and our AI draws it in a crayon-sketch style, like a kid drew it themselves.

You see the design on the shirt before you buy. Pick your size and color, add your family's inside joke as the phrase on the shirt, and check out. That exact design gets printed on your shirt.

Keep regenerating — it's free to try as many times as you want before you order. Each generation gives you a different take on your prompt. You can also tweak the wording to steer the style.

GrandTee only makes youth sizes — XS through XL, typically ages 4–14. We designed these shirts for grandkids, not adults.

When in doubt, size up. Kids grow fast — a slightly larger shirt will fit within a few months and they'll get more wear out of it. Check our sizing guide for measurements if you want to be precise.

100% soft cotton, printed on premium Bella+Canvas youth blanks — the same quality you'd find in boutique kids' clothing. The fabric is pre-shrunk, so it holds its shape after washing, and the print is direct-to-garment (DTG), meaning it soaks into the fibers rather than sitting on top.

Short version: it's soft, it's cozy, and it survives recess.

Cold wash, tumble dry low (or hang dry). Turn the shirt inside-out before washing. Avoid bleach. The print will stay vibrant for years with normal care.

Not yet — shirts ship in a standard poly mailer, no gift wrap currently. That said, the shirt itself is the gift. We'd recommend popping it in a box or gift bag when you give it to them — the reaction is worth the extra 30 seconds.

Shirts are printed on demand by Printful, using their US-based fulfillment centers. Most US orders are printed and shipped domestically.
